Week 1 Forum
1) About me- My name is Emily Taylor. I am studying to get my general associates degree and I am going into the veterinary assistant program. I took this class because I had a bad experience with a photojournalism class in high school and I wanted to give it a second chance. I have taken 2 film photography classes and 2 digital photography classes in high school, and 1 other photojournalism class where I was a photographer for my schools newspaper, and I am currently in another digital photography class at LBCC. I have won 2 awards with my pictures, and I have gotten 2 paid gigs as a photographer: a wedding, and a band photoshoot. 2) Goals- One of my goals in this class is to better my relationship with photojournalism and maybe come out with better feelings towards it, instead of ones of dread. Another goal is to get over my fear of taking pictures of people and to feel a little more comfortable doing it. My last goal is to just generally improve my photography skills. 3) LBCC pho
